Objective

Create a project board (milestone-based since Forgejo Projects API is unavailable) to track WardrobeAI development phases and issue status.

Approach

Since Forgejo Projects API returns 404, use milestones as pipeline stages:

Milestones as Project Columns

  1. 📋 Phase 0: Foundation — Research, planning, setup
  2. 🔧 Phase 1: MVP — Core features, Amazon integration, deploy
  3. 🚀 Phase 2: Growth — Algorithm improvements, vendor expansion
  4. 📈 Phase 3: Scale — Warehousing, mobile app, 500+ users
  5. 🌐 Phase 4: Expansion — Men's line, international, Series A

Issue Organization

Each issue gets:

  • Label (market/feature/engineering/business/legal)
  • Milestone (phase assignment)
  • Assignee (when work starts)

What "done" looks like

Issues in the Wardrobe AI repo are organized into clear categories (Feature, Bug, Engineering, Business) with prioritized milestones. A new contributor can glance at the board and know what's in progress, what's next, and what's blocked. No more 31 open issues with no clear priority.

Outcome

  • Engineering work is visible and sequenced
  • Scott can see status without asking
  • Dependencies are clear (e.g., auth before deployment)

Context

  • Current state: 31 open issues, no labels on most, no milestones
  • Existing labels: market, feature, engineering, business, legal, improvement
  • Need: milestones for Phase 0 (foundation), Phase 1 (MVP), Phase 2 (growth)
  • Priority: P0 (blocking), P1 (next), P2 (future)

Agent should know

  • This is a meta/organization task
  • Don't create issues — organize existing ones
  • Close duplicates and stale issues
  • Create 3 milestones: Phase 0, Phase 1, Phase 2
  • Assign issues to milestones based on current state

Verification

  • All open issues have at least one label
  • Issues are assigned to milestones
  • Duplicate/stale issues are closed
  • Board view is readable
