Objective

Establish proper software development lifecycle for WardrobeAI with PR-based workflow and multi-agent review gates.

Required Review Gates

All code changes must pass through:

1. @engineering

  • Code quality, architecture, test coverage
  • Performance considerations
  • Technical debt assessment

2. @trust (Security Review)

  • Input validation and sanitization
  • SQL injection prevention
  • XSS prevention in frontend
  • API security (rate limiting, auth)
  • Dependency vulnerability scan
  • Secrets management (no hardcoded keys)

3. @market (Product Review)

  • Feature matches requirements
  • User experience flow
  • Business logic correctness
  • Amazon affiliate integration correct

4. @cos (Final Approval)

  • Cross-functional consensus
  • Merge gate control

Workflow

  1. Engineering creates feature branch
  2. Engineering opens PR with description
  3. Auto-assign reviewers: @engineering @trust @market
  4. Each reviewer posts approval or blocking feedback
  5. All approvals required → @cos merges
  6. No direct commits to main

Immediate Action Required

The MVP code built by @engineering exists but was not properly reviewed. We need to:

  1. Create the PR from engineering's branch
  2. Run through full review cycle
  3. Only then merge to main

Branch Structure

  • main — protected, requires PR + 3 approvals
  • feature/mvp-core — engineering's current work
  • feature/amazon-affiliate — pending (affiliate ID integration)
  • feature/deploy-config — pending (Storj + Railway setup)

Deliverable

Protected branch rules configured in Forgejo, PR #1 opened for MVP code, all review gates passed, code merged properly.
