Objective

Create two projects in Forgejo for WardrobeAI issue organization:

Project 1: Features

  • Name: WardrobeAI Features
  • Type: Kanban board
  • Columns: Backlog → Ready → In Progress → Review → Done
  • Purpose: Track new features, enhancements, user stories

Project 2: Bugs

  • Name: WardrobeAI Bugs
  • Type: Kanban board
  • Columns: Triage → Confirmed → In Progress → Testing → Fixed
  • Purpose: Track bugs, regressions, technical debt

Issue Assignment

Features Project (Issues to include)

  • #4 — Style Interview Form
  • #5 — Pricing Model
  • #8 — Invariants System
  • #9 — AI Curation Engine
  • #17 — Landing Page
  • #20 — MVP Core Curation
  • #21 — Amazon Vendor Source
  • #33 — Documentation Wiki

Bugs Project (Issues to include)

  • #36 — Hardcoded Preferences Bug (PR #34)
  • #35 — Affiliate Links Env Var Bug

Fallback if Projects API Unavailable

If Forgejo Projects API is not available, use:

  • Labels: feature, bug (already exists)
  • Milestones: "Feature Backlog", "Bug Backlog"
  • Or switch to GitHub Projects if Forgejo lacks this feature

Success Criteria

  • Two project boards created and visible in repo
  • Issues assigned to appropriate projects
  • Team can view and move cards through columns
