Fixes #82, refs #83. All broken CTAs, dead links, and placeholder content fixed site-wide.

- Blog CTAs: all now point to LinkedIn instead of /contact or workshop offers
- Books: Amazon links fixed (Soil → a.co/d/0226o4Hg, Mentoring → a.co/d/0bRKZeUV), removed dead Publisher links
- Contact: removed Calendly placeholder, added LinkedIn, forms use mailto: fallback (no Formspree)
- Speaking: hid reel section (placeholder)
- Home: Watch the Reel → Connect on LinkedIn, hid trust bar and testimonials (empty placeholders)
- Consulting: Schedule Discovery Call → Connect on LinkedIn
- About: hid photo placeholder, switched to single-column layout
- SharedForm: removed Formspree dependency, always uses mailto:
- .env: removed Formspree placeholder vars
