Armin Ronacher 538f1e1f6c feat(ai,coding-agent): add Alibaba Model Studio and Z.AI pay-as-you-go providers 
Adds alibaba and alibaba-cn (DashScope compatible-mode, Qwen thinking format shared with the Qwen Token Plan) and zai-api and zai-api-cn (Z.AI and bigmodel.cn pay-as-you-go, sharing the GLM Coding Plan compat). They read their own key variables so a plan key never selects metered endpoints.
