Close resolved issues #48 #62 - privacy policy already updated (#68) 
Closes #48 and #62.

Both issues were already resolved in deployed code:
- #48: Privacy policy was updated to explicitly mention Umami Analytics (cookieless, first-party, no personal data)
- #62: Verified no cookie consent banner needed since Umami uses localStorage, not cookies

No code changes needed - just closing the issues now.

Resolution Log for #48 and #62

#48 — Privacy policy says "no tracking" but Umami analytics is running

Status: Already resolved in deployed code. The privacy policy (src/pages/privacy.astro) was updated to explicitly mention Umami Analytics, including that it is cookieless, first-party hosted, and does not collect personal data. No further changes needed.

#62 — Verify: No cookie consent banner needed (Umami is cookieless)

Status: Already resolved per #48 fix. Privacy policy confirms Umami uses localStorage (not cookies). No cookie consent banner required.
