Closes #38, #39, #40.

  • robots.txt: allows all crawlers, points to sitemap
  • sitemap.xml: 7 priority URLs (home, speaking, consulting, books, about, blog, contact)
  • Verified SEO.astro already has Open Graph, Twitter Cards, JSON-LD structured data
