- 4 open roles captured verbatim from flox.dev/careers + Ashby
- Founders + 23-person team mapping with GH handles
- Recent flox/flox issues + blog posts that map to Scott's positioning
- Hiring-manager inference (Head of Business for Sales, CTO for Security, VP Marketing for DevRel/PMM)
- Flox x Speckl artifact plan: declarative env -> compile to .speckdl + PROV-O/CycloneDX/SPDX
- Outreach log empty by directive (do not contact)
