Objective

Create and populate the Forgejo wiki for WardrobeAI with project documentation, architecture decisions, and operational runbooks.

Wiki Pages Required

1. Home — Project Overview

  • What is WardrobeAI
  • Quick links to all resources
  • Current status and phase
  • How to contribute

2. Architecture — Technical Design

  • System diagram (static site + chat service + API)
  • Database schema
  • API endpoint reference
  • Tech stack rationale

3. Product — Feature Specifications

  • Style interview flow
  • Matching algorithm details
  • Box generation logic
  • Feedback system design

4. Business — Commercial Details

  • Pricing tiers explained
  • Amazon affiliate integration
  • Vendor transition plan (Amazon → boutique)
  • Unit economics summary

5. Operations — Runbooks

  • How to add new products to database
  • How to deploy updates
  • How to monitor system health
  • Troubleshooting common issues

6. Roadmap — Development Timeline

  • Phase 0 (Foundation) — current
  • Phase 1 (MVP) — target dates
  • Phase 2 (Growth)

Implementation

Forgejo wiki uses Markdown files in the repo at .gitea/wiki/ or via the web UI.
