Use actual user preferences (colors, styles, budget) instead of hardcoded placeholders. ## Affiliate env var fix (was PR #35) - init-db.js, server.js: Read AMAZON_ASSOCIATE_ID from env var, fall back to 'greybeardhold-20'.
