Write the framing blog post for the SQLite verification project. Sequel to the Prove Kafka blog post (docs/blog-06-prove-kafka.md).
Structure: SQLite's ubiquity → lack of formal verification → our approach (SpeckDL + Z3) → what we'll prove → call to follow along.
Output:
docs/blog-07-prove-sqlite.mdPart of Prove SQLite project (docs/PROVE-SQLITE-PLAN.md).
