Launch Speckl on Hacker News with the KRaft verification as the hero demo.

Tasks

Update speckl.scoble.me landing page: live KRaft spec, verification results, "Try it" link
Show HN post: "Speckl: A specification language that compiles to verified code — we proved Kafka's consensus"
Comment playbook: prepared answers for "how is this different from TLA+/P/Alloy", "what about real-world complexity", "why not just write tests"
Playground: browser-based SpeckDL editor → TypeScript output + Z3 results (can be mocked initially)

Exit Criteria

Show HN post live
Landing page live with KRaft demo
Playground functional enough for visitors to type a spec and see output

Dependencies

#27 (M3.1: Blog post) must be published first. #21 (M0.3: Z3 backend) and #23 (M1.2: KRaft results) must be complete.

Note: Launch is gated on M2.x (Rust code generation) producing working output.
The prep doc is ready for execution when the compiler is feature-complete.
