Add working SpeckDL examples to examples/ #11

The examples/ directory only has a .gitkeep. Add complete, self-contained SpeckDL examples that demonstrate the language:

RetryHandler.speck — Already in the spec, simple retry with backoff constraints
DrugDosageCalculator.speck — Medical device example from the spec, shows provenance + SpeckBOM
PaymentService.speck — Shows import pinning with hash verification
TemperatureMonitor.speck — IoT example, shows constraint-based verification
AccessControl.speck — Shows derives/satisfies for regulatory traceability

Each example should compile (once the compiler exists) and demonstrate a different language feature. Include comments explaining the provenance and BOM annotations.
