§3.6 Dark Provenance primitives (provenance, review, derives, satisfies, author, source)
§3.6.5 SpeckBOM (bom {} block)
§3.6.7 Import version pinning (hash + version on import)
§4.4 Provenance graph construction
§4.5 Compilation manifest with dual CycloneDX/SPDX output
Appendix A: EBNF grammar updates
Appendix B: JSON-LD and BOM reference mappings

Also update the version header in SPEC.md to v0.2.

The v0.2-DP spec (speckdl/SPEC.v2-dp-primitives.md) is a separate file containing Dark Provenance primitives, SpeckBOM, import version pinning, and dual CycloneDX/SPDX output.
