Add not->! rewrite, Integer/Boolean types, ToggleSwitch 0 errors

- Added not -> ! negation rewrite (step 5d1)
- Added Integer and Boolean primitive type mappings
- ToggleSwitch: 3 errors → 0 errors
- PreconditionTest: partial fix (Integer type resolved)
