Add Forgejo Actions workflow for landing page deployment

- Creates .forgejo/workflows/deploy-landing.yml
- Triggers on pushes to main affecting landing/
- Syncs landing/ directory to Storj speckl bucket
- Uses STORJ_ACCESS_KEY / STORJ_SECRET_KEY secrets
