Fix SQLitePager, improve and/or rewrite, add emptySet

- SQLitePager: 4 errors → 0 errors
- Added emptySet → new Set() rewrite
- Fix and/or regex to avoid matching method calls like .or()
- Progress: 12 specs at 0 errors
