Goal

Bridge that reads agent state from the OpenClaw gateway and emits spatial events:

  • Agent active/idle/blocked state
  • Current task / workspace activity
  • Who's collaborating with whom (via Hermes messages)
  • Session lifespan (agent "arrives" and "leaves")

Dependencies

  • ARCHITECTURE.md (#1) — data model and protocol
  • OpenClaw gateway running on n97

Deliverable

Module that connects to OpenClaw and produces spatial state updates consumable by the frontend.
