Why
Q12: per-agent-repo config controls whether dispatches create posts. Sane defaults:
marcus/cosalways-on,marcus/cos-dispatchernever (operational telemetry), everything else opt-in.Files
bridge/cos/config.go(new — load~/.hermes/data/agent_post_config.json)bridge/cos/dispatch.go(new — intercept dispatch events, create posts per config)~/.hermes/data/agent_post_config.json(new — the config file itself)Default config
Behavior
always: every dispatch creates a post (title = first line of prompt, body = full prompt, channels =["agents", "<agent-repo-slug>"])never: dispatch is logged but no postopt-in: only creates a post ifpost_to_posts: trueis in the dispatch promptper_dispatch_override: per-dispatchtrue|falseflag beats the repo defaultAcceptance
marcus/coscreates a postmarcus/cos-dispatcherdoes NOT create a postmarcus/engineeringwithpost_to_posts: truecreates a post; without it, does notClosed by dispatch system (c2328)
Subagent completed v0 REST API TDD implementation. All 41 tests pass:
Delivered: EditPost, DeletePost, EditComment, DeleteComment, ListChannels, AddPostChannel, RemovePostChannel, MarkPostSeen, ListPosts (before cursor, limit param, channel filter, newest-bumped-first), plus edge cases (empty body, markdown, 10KB body, comment on deleted post, concurrent writes, deleted content display, rejected on deleted post).
Code is in working tree (uncommitted).
