Mario Zechner f284a2460c fix(ai): time responses with private fields; use the real stream in proxy and test mocks 
Replaces the WeakMap workaround. streamProxy and the agent and coding-agent test
mocks reimplemented AssistantMessageEventStream as plain EventStream subclasses;
they now use createAssistantMessageEventStream().
