David Brailovsky a7a75a9dc6 fix(p2): apply the hideThinkingBlock setting to the TUI thinking view 
The setting was saved but never read: thinking always started hidden.
It now sets the view whenever its effective value changes (unset = hidden);
the toggle overrides it until then and survives reloads.
