Node sqlite storage backend for @earendil-works/pi-agent-core sessions. Provides the node:sqlite adapter (SqliteDatabase implementation) and the SQLite session session collection (createSqliteSessionCollection, migrations, materialized views). The collection lazily owns one shared database connection and implements AsyncDisposable.
