Armin Ronacher 74393661e9 fix(coding-agent): let extensions replace built-in MCP, codemode, and tool search ... Built-in extensions marked replaceable are left out when another extension registers the same tool, command, or flag name, so third-party MCP extensions such as pi-mcp-adapter take over /mcp instead of both connecting the same servers. MCP only activates the codemode exec tool, not another extension's tool named exec, and the first prompt waits at most 10 seconds for startup connections.		2026-09-27 22:41:51 +02:00
