Petr Houška 74d57a69a3 fix(coding-agent): create session directories as 0700 and session files as 0600 
Session directories and files followed the umask (typically 0755/0644), so
conversations were readable by other local users whenever a parent directory
allowed it. New ones are now owner-only, like auth.json. The modes apply only
on creation; existing directories and files keep their modes. Imported
sessions no longer copy the source file's mode.
