b4c2e92acb fix: remove vulnerable dependency chains 
Replace build-time shell utilities with Node filesystem operations and retire the native sandbox example in favor of existing isolation options. Upgrade glob matching and worker-test dependencies and refresh the lockfiles.

ca7460d16b feat: build with TypeScript 7 and run sources with plain node 
Replace the tsgo native preview with typescript@7.0.2 and port the check scripts to the TS 7 API. Target ES2024, drop useDefineForClassFields: false and unused decorator options, and enable verbatimModuleSyntax. Replace tsx with node plus the source resolver hook, passed to --import as a file URL.

caf6dfe731
feat(tui): Simplify clipboard handling (#9163) 
Replace the external clipboard dependency with small macOS, Windows,
and X11 helpers and integrate them into coding-agent.

Run native clipboard operations on worker threads and make command
fallbacks asynchronous. Preserve incremental X11 transfers, legacy text
encodings, native image formats, and existing Wayland and platform tools.

Include native prebuilds with ARM64 page alignment, packaging updates,
and regression coverage.

478301342b test: use quiet dot reporters and show output only for failing tests 
Switch vitest packages (ai, agent, coding-agent) to the dot reporter
with silent: passed-only so passing tests stay quiet while failing
tests still print their console output and full diffs. Add the
github-actions reporter on CI for inline annotations. Switch the tui
node:test runner to the dot reporter as well.
