Mario Zechner	70eceaade6	fix(durable): persist provider session identities ... Assign each conversation its own UUIDv7 and forward it to model requests for prompt-cache affinity. Lazily backfill legacy conversations and cover real Codex cache reuse. Closes #10424	2026-10-04 00:59:08 +02:00
