fix(coding-agent): build standalone binaries with Bun 1.4.4 (#11319)

Tested locally on darwin-arm64, darwin-x64, linux-arm64, linux-x64,
windows-arm64 and windows-x64: the CI smoke checks plus HTTPS responses,
file tools, image resizing and session resume. Aborting a streamed reply
still stops immediately (#10031, #8823).
