kept every decision; this version closes their findings. Written by the redesign session after reading, in full,
Durable's `types.ts`, its SQLite storage, schema and migrations, the storage conformance suite and benchmark,
`session/session.ts`, `session/transaction.ts`, `session/forks.ts`, the scheduler's restarts, `writeAtClose` and `abort`,
and Chord v2's store, engine, applier, commit step and jobs. Durable's memory, JSONL and IndexedDB storages stay as they
are (S15).
Status: **built** (2026-10-28, pi `14b4c56e5`: one build, a build review and two fix rounds by the four spec reviewers;
reopen, the one-entry commit's mean and the resume watch's CPU accepted by the owner). Was: ready to build (2026-10-27).
