At the reviewed M7 checkpoint the runtime is 6,280 lines; `runtime/drive` is 4,115 lines; `structural.ts` is 1,194 lines, still down 266 lines (18.2%) from its 1,460-line foundation; and the new total dispatcher plus reconciliation are 274 lines. M8 public surfaces have not started.
