docs(ai,coding-agent): document Cloudflare Clef classifiers

Browse source 
List @cf/cloudflare/clef and @cf/cloudflare/clef-flash under
cloudflare-workers-ai in the classifier models table and add changelog
entries crediting #10316 and #10322.

Upgraded `@anthropic-ai/sdk` to 0.129.0.
