Shared Collection
The shared/ collection contains cross-operator compound knowledge — insights, patterns, and learnings that have been promoted from individual operator tenants after passing the promotion gate review.
What Lives Here
- Promoted insights — anonymized patterns extracted from operator work product
- Cross-operator playbooks — generalized methodologies proven across engagements
- Common failure modes — lessons learned from multiple operators
- Best practices — techniques that consistently produce good outcomes
Promotion Gate
Content enters shared/ through a three-state gate:
- DRAFT — Operator submits a note from their tenant for promotion
- REVIEW — @trust reviews for information barrier compliance, cross-tenant data leakage, and IP classification
- PROMOTED — Note is published to
shared/with attribution to the contributing operator- REVISED — Reviewer requests changes; operator re-submits without starting over
All state transitions are logged in the audit trail (~/.scobleclaw/audit/write-log.jsonl).
Access Control
Read: Phase 1+ operators Write: @trust (promotion gate only), @engineering (dual sign-off per ACL-6)
Operators cannot directly write to shared/. They promote from their own tenant.
Layer Classification
This is Layer 2 (Compound Knowledge) — contributed by operators, curated by the platform. Attribution is maintained. The contributing operator retains moral attribution; Scobleclaw retains the right to use and distribute within the platform.
