Done looks like: All 3 Forgejo API proxy endpoints in the dashboard return real data from local Forgejo.

Constraints:

Use FORGEJO_TOKEN from .env.local (not hardcoded)
Forgejo base URL: http://localhost:3000 (not Tailscale IP)
Do NOT commit .env.local
Keep /api/forgejo/* route namespace

Acceptance Criteria:

GET /api/forgejo/repos returns repo list with name, owner, private status
GET /api/forgejo/commits returns recent commits for a repo
GET /api/forgejo/ci-runs returns CI status (or graceful empty)
Proper HTTP codes (200, 4xx, 5xx with JSON error)

Change locations:

src/lib/forgejo-api.js
src/app/api/forgejo/repos/route.js
src/app/api/forgejo/commits/route.js
src/app/api/forgejo/ci-runs/route.js

Done. Verified all three Forgejo API endpoints via curl against localhost:3001:

/api/forgejo/repos ✅ Returns 4 repos (agents, presentations, vault, workshop) with full metadata
/api/forgejo/commits ✅ Returns recent commits across repos with message, author, date, SHA, URL
/api/forgejo/ci-runs ✅ Returns empty array (no CI runs exist — expected, no issues)

No bugs found. Integration layer works correctly.
