Goal

A real-time ops dashboard at os.scoble.me/concierge showing concierge platform health and Kubernetes CR statuses.

Requirements

  • High-level integration health — Discord connection status, model API status, agent uptime
  • Stats — message count, response times, error rates, restarts
  • Kubernetes CR statuses — Agent CRs, Workspace CRs, Pod statuses per namespace
  • Per-customer view — drill down into Demo Corp (and future customers)
  • Live refresh — auto-refreshing or WebSocket-based

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: vanilla HTML/JS or lightweight React, served by nginx on n97
  • Backend: simple API proxying kubectl commands or reading kubeclaw metrics
  • Data sources: Prometheus metrics (already running), kubectl output, kubeclaw-controller status endpoints
  • Hosted at: os.scoble.me/concierge (existing nginx proxy)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dashboard accessible at os.scoble.me/concierge
  • Shows Discord connection health (online/offline)
  • Shows Ollama Cloud API health
  • Shows all Agent CRs and their pod statuses
  • Shows Workspace CR statuses
  • Auto-refreshes every 5-10 seconds
  • Works on mobile
