Implements #4.

  • Lesson.cs and LessonMedia.cs model classes
  • LessonStore.cs with full CRUD and UPSERT support
  • Schema: lessons + lesson_media tables with foreign key
  • Microsoft.Data.Sqlite with ExcludeAssets=runtime
  • Default DB path: ~/.local/share/jellyfin-lessons/lessons.db
