Implements #2 — minimal loadable Jellyfin plugin.

  • Plugin.cs: BasePlugin, Name="Lessons", Id=a1b2c3d4-e5f6-7890-abcd-ef1234567890
  • PluginConfiguration.cs: empty config class
  • ServiceRegistrator.cs: IPluginServiceRegistrator for DI

Closes #2
