What

Create flake.nix at repo root that provides:

devShells.default with dotnet-sdk_9, typst, and nodejs
packages.default that builds the Jellyfin plugin DLL using dotnet build
.gitignore with .NET build artifacts (bin/, obj/, *.dll, .result/)

Acceptance

nix develop drops into a shell with dotnet --version, typst --version, node --version all working
nix build produces a result/ symlink containing the (empty for now) plugin DLL

Notes

Uses buildDotnetModule from nixpkgs for the plugin build. The plugin project itself doesn't exist yet — just the build harness.

Target: net9.0
