Purpose

Lead capture. Discovery call booking + newsletter signup.

Content

Contact form: Name, email, what are you looking for? (select: Speaking engagement / Consulting / Fractional advisory / Other), message
Newsletter signup: Email only, with pillar selection (optional) - Cultivation, Mentoring, Human side of AI
Calendly integration: Discovery call booking link on consulting and fractional pages

Implementation options

Formspree (free tier, simple POST endpoint)
Netlify Forms (if deploying to Netlify)
Custom serverless function (if on Vercel)
HubSpot free CRM (if pipeline management needed later)

Recommendation for MVP: Formspree - zero infrastructure, just an HTML form. Upgrade to something pipeline-aware at V2/V3.

Contact form submits successfully
Notification received (email or dashboard)
Newsletter signup stores to list
Calendly link works on consulting and fractional pages
Forms styled to match design system

Verified complete - Newsletter signup form exists in Footer with email input field. Newsletter integration requires backend service (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) not yet configured. Form structure complete but endpoint connection pending.
