Found: Homepage hero has two CTAs: Book Scott for Your Event links to /speaking#book, and Watch the Reel links to /speaking. The reel on /speaking is a coming soon placeholder.

Gap: The second most prominent CTA on the entire site leads to a page that says coming soon for the video. This is a dead end for the most engaged visitors.

Needs:

  • Until reel is produced, change CTA to something that delivers value
  • Or hide the Watch the Reel button until the reel exists
  • When reel is ready, add #reel anchor for direct linking
