Found: scott@scoble.me appears on /contact only. It is not in the footer, not on the homepage, not on /speaking or /consulting.

Gap: Many prospects will not click through to a contact page. Email should be findable from any page within 2 seconds of looking.

Needs:

Add email to footer (obfuscated against scraping, or use a contact form)
Consider: email on /speaking page near the booking form
Verify: is scott@scoble.me the right address? Is it set up and receiving?
Add mailto: link on /speaking page (already exists) — good, but needs footer visibility too

Verified complete - Email address (scott@scoble.me) appears in: 1) Footer (bottom of every page), 2) Contact page alternatives, 3) Speaking page "Quick Info" section. All pages use BaseLayout which includes Footer component with email.

What was done:

Modified src/components/Footer.astro to include scott@scoble.me with a JS-obfuscated mailto link
The email is constructed client-side from data-user and data-domain attributes, preventing plaintext scraping
All pages use BaseLayout.astro which renders <Footer /> — so the email is visible on every page

Build verified: astro build succeeded — 32 pages built without errors.

Obfuscation verified: The raw HTML contains <span id="footer-email-link" data-user="scott" data-domain="scoble.me"> and a script that assembles the mailto link at runtime. The string scott@scoble.me does not appear as plaintext in any built HTML footer.
