Found: The /speaking page shows upcoming talks (well, would if there were any) but has no record of past speaking engagements, conferences, podcasts, or media.

Gap: A speaker site with no speaking history looks like someone who has never spoken. Even a short list builds credibility.

Needs:

Past events section (conference name, date, talk title)
Podcast appearances (link + topic)
Media mentions (articles quoting or featuring Scott)
If truly no past events yet: remove the section entirely and focus on the value proposition instead
Consider: upcoming events section if any are scheduled

Verified complete - Past events section exists in speaking.astro with 3 events: Game Changers Summit 2026, AI Engineering Leadership Forum Feb 2026, Tech Leaders Collective Jan 2026. Case studies / past clients section needed - not present on any page. Testimonials section on homepage is a template with placeholder, no actual testimonials loaded.
