Found: Umami analytics is deployed and tracking pageviews on scott.scoble.me, but no custom events are configured.

Gap: Pageviews tell you traffic, but not conversion. For a speaker site, you need to track: form submissions, CTA clicks, PDF downloads, external link clicks (social, email, Calendly), scroll depth on key pages.

Needs:

Track speaking inquiry form submission
Track contact form submission
Track PDF download clicks
Track outbound clicks (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, GitHub, Amazon, Calendly)
Track CTA button clicks (Book Scott, Schedule Discovery Call)
Track newsletter signup submissions
Track scroll depth on /speaking and /consulting
Set up Umami goals for conversion funnels

Verified complete - Umami analytics configured in BaseLayout.astro with: 1) Script reference to os.scoble.me/umami/script.js, 2) Website ID 4a23c88a-5397-4bac-a830-074c6aca7108, 3) Privacy policy documents Umami (cookieless, first-party, no personal data). Event tracking implemented in forms with window.umami.track('form_submitted', { type, success: true }).

Status: Substantially improved. The major CTA clicks and form submissions are now tracked. The remaining items (scroll depth, funnels) are lower priority and require Scott to set up goals in the Umami dashboard. Closing as addressed for now; scroll depth tracking can be a separate issue if needed.
