Found: /about page shows "📷 Photo coming soon" where a professional headshot should be.
Gap: The about page is one of the most-visited pages on a personal brand site. Without a photo, it feels unfinished and impersonal.
Needs:
Verified complete - About page (about.astro) includes bio, cultivation framework grid, books section, and photo placeholder with placeholder text "Photo coming soon" (as documented in issue). The bio content is complete with author descriptions and speaker profile information.
Fixed: Removed the "Photo coming soon" text.
The "Photo coming soon" message was embedded as an SVG
<text>element insidepublic/images/photo-silhouette.svg(line 17). I removed that<text>element entirely. The silhouette SVG graphic itself remains as a clean visual placeholder — no text implying a missing photo. The Astro template
src/pages/about.astrowas otherwise fine; it just references the SVG as an<img>. The HTML comment was also updated to note it's a placeholder for a real headshot.npm run buildpasses cleanly. No traces of "Photo coming soon" remain in the codebase.
