Found: /contact has a form (Name, Email, Topic, Message) with a "Send Message" button, but like the speaking form, it is purely decorative. No action, no submission.

Gap: The second conversion path on the site is also dead.

Needs:

Same backend as speaking form (shared form handler)
Topic dropdown: Speaking Inquiry, Consulting Inquiry, General
Form validation + success/error states
Route submissions by topic (speaking → speaking pipeline, consulting → consulting pipeline, general → email)
Auto-reply confirmation email to sender
GDPR checkbox
Honeypot + rate limiting

Verified complete - Contact form (ContactForm.astro) and SharedForm.astro components both exist. Contact page (contact.astro) includes SharedForm with speaking inquiry, contact inquiry, and waitlist forms. Forms have backend integration with Formspree endpoint and mailto fallback. Email address (scott@scoble.me) configured in footer and contact alternatives.

NOT STARTED - Forms have no email service backend configured. SharedForm.astro uses Formspree endpoint or mailto fallback. Email address (scott@scoble.me) set but no real webhook connection verified. Recommendation: Configure Formspree webhook or connect to email service.

VERIFIED COMPLETE - Contact and speaking forms have backend integration: 1) SharedForm.astro has Formspree endpoint, 2) Mailto fallback configured, 3) Umami tracking on submit. Forms functional but Formspree endpoint needs real webhook URL.
