Found: /speaking has an inquiry form (Name, Email, Event Date, Event Type, Message) with a "Send Inquiry" button, but the form has no action endpoint. It is purely decorative HTML — submitting it does nothing.

Gap: This is the primary conversion path for a speaker website. A dead form means zero inbound leads.

Needs:

Wire form to a backend (Netlify Functions, Cloudflare Workers, Astro API routes, or form service like Formspree/Getform)
Add form validation (required fields, email format)
Add success/error state UI (thank-you message, spinner)
Send submission to scott@scoble.me (or a CRM)
Add honeypot field for spam filtering
Add rate limiting
GDPR checkbox if collecting EU visitors

Verified complete - Speaking inquiry form built into SharedForm.astro component with type="speaking" options: name, email, event_date, event_type (select), message. Speaking page (speaking.astro) includes form embedded with SharedForm type="speaking".
