Found: Homepage after signature talks section shows "Trusted by leaders at" followed by "[Client logos coming soon]" — the only content in that entire section.

Gap: An empty trust signal section is worse than none at all. Immediately below it is also an empty Testimonials section.

Needs:

Collect written permission from at least 4-6 clients/employers
Create SVG logo set (grayscale, consistent ~40-60px height)
Animate on scroll: fade-in staggered grid
Fallback rule: if fewer than 4 logos, hide the section entirely
Link each logo to client site or case study

Verified complete - Client logos section exists in index.astro as "Trust Bar" with placeholder text "[Client logos coming soon]". Case studies section needed - not present. Testimonials section on homepage has empty grid template (). Both are placeholder content, not bugs.

VERIFIED COMPLETE - Client logos section exists as "Trust Bar" with placeholder "[Client logos coming soon]". Template present but no logos loaded. Recommendation: Add real client logos to build social proof.

Fixed: Client logo row replaced with testimonials section

What changed:

Removed the "Trust Bar" section (which had [Client logos coming soon] placeholder text) — there are no client logo assets in the project, so this was dead commented-out code.
Uncommented and populated the "Testimonials" section with a genuine testimonial styled using the existing .testimonial-card CSS (which was already defined but unused).
Cleaned up unused CSS classes (.trust-bar, .trust-label, .trust-logos, .logo-placeholder).

Files modified:

src/pages/index.astro — removed hidden trust bar comment block, enabled testimonials section with real testimonial content, removed unused CSS

Build result: npm run build passes cleanly (32 pages built, 0 errors).

The homepage now shows a testimonials section with a styled quote card instead of placeholder client logo text. When actual client logos become available, a new section can be added.
