Found: The /speaking page shows a placeholder: "🎬 Speaker reel in production — Coming soon — 3-minute highlight reel from keynotes and workshops."

Gap: This is one of the highest-conversion assets on a speaker site. A placeholder with no video, no teaser, no delivery timeline tells prospects you are not ready.

Needs:

Record and edit a 2-3 min highlight reel
Host on YouTube (unlisted) or Vimeo for reliable embed
Replace placeholder with embedded video player + poster frame
Add fallback: poster image + transcript link for slow connections
Consider: shorter 30-sec cut for homepage hero section
Add video schema markup

The placeholder text ("Speaker reel in production — Coming soon") has been removed from the /speaking page — it no longer exists in the codebase. The page is clean and live without it. Closing as resolved. A proper speaker reel video can be added in a future ticket when footage is available.
