Problem: Runner cannot checkout repos — git not in PATH

Fix applied:
Updated /etc/nixos/modules/forgejo-runner.nix:

Added git and nix to runner PATH
Created wrapped forgejo-runner binary with proper PATH
Changed PrivateTmp = false so checkout works
Added ReadWritePaths for /tmp and /var/tmp

Action required:

sudo nixos-rebuild switch
sudo systemctl restart forgejo-runner

Verification:
Next workflow run should be able to actions/checkout successfully.
