src/content/config.ts — Astro content collection config for blog posts
src/content/blog/ — 2-3 placeholder blog posts in MDX
/blog/index.astro — listing page with post cards (title, date, excerpt, read time)
/blog/[...slug].astro — individual post template with proper typography

Verified complete - Blog system exists: 1) Blog listing page (blog.astro) with 8 articles, 2) Individual post templates for existing articles (ai-brain-fry, surveillance-extraction, Gallup-disengagement, devex-shift, token-anxiety, three-questions-mentor, three-signs-stripmined, soil-beneath-code), 3) Content config defines blog collection, 4) Tags and dates displayed on listing page. "Coming soon" placeholder articles mentioned in issue were likely referring to future posts not yet written, which is content gap, not technical bug.
