Done looks like

  • Nav.astro: Logo/name left, center links (Speaking, Consulting, About, Books, Blog), Book Scott CTA button right. Sticky on scroll. Mobile: hamburger menu.
  • Footer.astro: Newsletter signup, social links (LinkedIn, GitHub, X/Twitter), copyright, privacy link
  • Both WCAG AA: keyboard nav, focus styles, ARIA labels
  • Book Scott button visible on every page without scrolling

Why it matters

Event planners must see Book Scott within 1 second of landing.
