feat: SEO and schema improvements (marcus/market#4 recommendations 1 & 2)

- Add Event schema JSON-LD for all 3 signature talks on speaking page
- Add SpeakableSpecification schema for voice search
- Add enriched Book schema with author metadata and Amazon canonical links
- Optimize homepage title: add 'Keynote Speaker' keyword
- Fix homepage h1: add aria-label for semantic accessibility
- Add GitHub profile README for sscoble profile
